Since you are already doing a tint job for me, is it okay to have you take care of another vehicle, or do more windows on my business or residence, on the same day?
If you are wanting to have added work done (tinting of an added vehicle, added windows on a commercial or residential property), Chris will try to accommodate. However, if there is another client scheduled following your appointment, or more tint film than originally planned for will be required (or needs to be ordered), he will schedule another appointment for the extra work to ensure the necessary time and material for a quality job.
I changed my mind about the shade or type of tint film that I originally said that I wanted. Can you exchange the material without any extra cost to me?
The tinting film is ordered specifically for your needs as per your selection. Once applied the film is non-refundable.
Can Tinting Film be removed? I had some applied many years ago and I would like it removed, or changed to a different color.
Yes! Tinting film can be removed and your windows left clean and clear. New film to can be applied to give you a new look or to meet your current needs.
What do I need to be aware of with regards to washing my car after tinting film has been applied?
1) After the tinting film has been applied it is suggested that you do not roll down the windows for 3 days to allow for complete adhesion.
2) Tinting film is applied to the interior side of automobile windows, so it is fine to have your car washed after the tint film has been applied. However, it is recommended that you DO NOT clean the interior of the windows where the tint film has been applied for 3 weeks.
3) After the 3 week period has passed, it is very important that you DO NOT USE any ammonia-based products when you clean the interior of the windows,.
Can I pay with a check?
All tinting work is to be paid in full upon completion of the project. We accept payment through Venmo, cash, or check. You will receive a receipt upon payment. We do understand that some commercial projects may require more time for processing and we will send an invoice in such cases.
